The Steak Truck began with one singular goal: give our customers the best steak sandwich.
We are industry insiders, cooks, food lovers and family people. We want better food, so we are making it happen—one fresh, bold sandwich at a time.
Our meat comes from New York Prime Beef. Steaks are dry aged for 28 days in a carefully monitored facility, then selected at the peak of flavor and tenderness.

Frank D’Angelo has been in and around the meat and food industries for his entire life. With a passion for quality and service, he grew The Steak Truck from a long-shot idea to a proven concept and one of the top trucks in the New York tristate area.
Johan has been an integral part of the team since 2022. Whether behind the wheel, at the grill, or in the window, you will always find Johan with a smile.
