Q: Where does your meat come from?
A: We source all of our meat from some of the most reputable purveyors in the US. All of our Beef grades USDA Choice unless otherwise specified. Our chicken and pork are free of added hormones and antibiotics whenever possible. The vast majority of our meat is processed in our very own USDA inspected processing facility. We're SQF Level 3 certified (Look it up, it's a pretty big deal) and home to a proprietary forced air blast freezer, so food safety and quality are on lock down. Q: How and when do you ship?
A: We ship M-F within 48 hours of receiving your order. All orders ship two day or equivalent depending on locale. We ship all of our meat frozen and packed with reusable ice packs in a heavy duty styrofoam container. Occasionally some thawing may occur in the hottest months, but your order should never reach an unsafe temperature. If you have any concerns with your order, please email us immediately so we can help.
Q: What is your subscription service, and how do I sign up?
A: A Meat Locker subscription is the simple way to lock in your protein fix so you focus on living life. Check out our three subscription collections for details. A box containing a variety of delicious meat shows up every month on your doorstep. You can't beat that.
