When you look up passion in the dictionary there should be a picture of chef Damon Daye Sawyer there. A Norwalk CT native and self-taught chef. Chef Damon started his culinary career running his own farm to table lunch delivery service under the moniker "Dayebar", which was widely praised throughout Fairfield County CT, for its deliciousness. After the success of “Dayebar”, chef Damon went on to work as a private chef throughout Connecticut, NY and the Hamptons. Chef Damon continued to hone his skills at The Bedford Post Inn in Bedford NY & Restaurant North in Armonk NY. Chef Damon continues to elude the passion he holds for the culinary arts with his latest venture as Co-founder of “OurTable Dinners”. OurTable Dinners curate’s exclusive dinners that celebrate the achievements of today’s tastemakers over exquisite food, with a mission to drive culture forward through insightful conversation & action. With a client list that consists of leaders in the music, entertainment and fashion industries, OurTable Dinners crafts high impact experiences that generate shareable content via live events. This self-taught chef is guaranteed to construct a meal that will evoke emotion, challenge what you think you know about food and show you how passion can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
